set-up and merchandise, opened stores in one week, ranging from 1000 sq. ft. to
10,000 sq. ft. Remodeled and repaired commercial and residential properties
consisting of beauty salons, medical buildings, and numerous private properties,

    outstanding service, accurate project bidding, and extra cosmetic work to
    ensure client satisfaction.

  • Implemented
    regular scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment functions accurately.

  • Successfully
    turned residence into a travel agency, requiring ADA regulations to turn property into
    commercial property. Saved client $20K by slopping circular drive to building,
    removing the need for a handicap ramp.

  • Saved
    client thousands of dollars by acquiring the mature palm trees client wanted on
    the property from a Golf Course that was removing their palm trees.

Provided new and remodeling construction of
bakeries, grocery stores, and C-stores, Arco AM PM, and 7—11’s throughout Washington and Oregon.
Constructed small box stores, log home, along with numerous remodeling projects.

  • Completed
    3600 sq. ft. log home ($1.2M) on a mountain on time, even with inclement
    weather conditions. Awarded several jobs with the city of Florence for outstanding work.

  • Successfully
    performed Graphic Installations for 7-11, Arco AM PM, and Washington Mutual
    Bank, 140 locations covering Oregon and Washington.  Completed Graphic Installations in 8 days, 6
    days ahead of schedule by taking initiative and rescheduling route to maximize
    better efficiency.

  • Designed
    Jigs to effectively increase production, reducing installation time 50%, and
    doubled profits.
