Summary:
We are seeking a Tasting Room Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while promoting our products.
The Tasting Room Associate will be responsible for conducting tastings, educating guests on our products, and ensuring a clean and organized tasting room.
Responsibilities:
Conduct tastings and educate guests on our products Provide exceptional customer service to guests Maintain a clean and organized tasting room Assist with inventory management and restocking of products Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Promote our products and brand to guests Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and promoting quality products, we encourage you to apply for the Tasting Room Associate position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
