Summary:
The Yard Assistant supports Yard and Wholesale operations by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.
The position reports to management.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Prints and distributes customer sales orders to Yard management and Wholesale personnel.
Processes and enters completed sales order information into the company's inventory management system.
Organizes, maintains, and files customer purchases and sales receipts in accordance with the company's recordkeeping processes and procedures.
Acts as a liaison between Yard personnel and the Wholesale department.
Assists the Yard Manager, Supervisors, and other Yard employees with administrative assistance to include giving guidance and training on the company's inventory system.
Assist in maintaining a clean working environment throughout the store.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to provide excellent customer service to both employees and customers.
Intermediate computer skills.
Must have good analytical skills.
Must be detailed oriented.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to company and customer information.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
